The much-awaited festival of Navratri is here, which calls for endless festivities!
The word "Navratri" is a combination of two words- 'Nav' meaning nine and 'Ratri' meaning night,
During these nine days, nine different avatars of Maa Durga will be prayed to seek her blessings.
Navratri is also a time for communities to come together and and celebrate the festival with enthusiasm.

• Traditional attire is encouraged to embrace the cultural spirit. 

• No outside food or beverages are permitted. Delicious food will be available for purchase at the food stall.

• Navratri Season Pass (13yrs and above) £ 35.00

• Navratri Season Pass (5-12 yrs) £ 25.00

• Under 5 years old gets free entry.

• Day tickets are availabale on first come first serve basis. 

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Season Pass Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Violators will be denied entry with no refunds issued.
  Organisers reserve the right to charge £100 or more for such violation. 

• In case of event cancellation, a full refund of face value (excluding booking fees) will be provided.

• Refunds will not be issued for denied entry due to behavioral issues or violation of event rules.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who disrupt the safety and enjoyment of others, or violate security measures.

• Illegal substances and disruptive items are strictly prohibited.

• This is an alcohol-free event. Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal or illegal highs will be refused entry. Tickets will not be refunded. 

• Random checks may apply. 

• Free Parking available at the venue.

• Organisers do not accept any responsibility of stolen items or damage or stolen vehical. 

• All ticket holders consent to being filmed or recorded during the event.

• Organisers reserve the rights to post such pictures and videos on social media and have exclusive rights to use of marketing purpose.

• Use of professiona photography and videography is illegle. Professional cameras and video recording equipments are now allowed.

• Professional photography is only allowed if agrred by written permission. Organiser reserve the exclusive rights of all the photos and video

• We hold a strict policy against entry under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Consumption of these substances during the event is strictly prohibited.

• This is a religious event. Please be respectful of the cultural significance.

• Lost or damaged E-Tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. We reserve the rights to refuse admission.
