The word "Navratri" is a combination of two words- 'Nav' meaning nine and 'Ratri' meaning night,
During these nine days, nine different avatars of Maa Durga will be prayed to seek her blessings.
Navratri is also a time for communities to come together and and celebrate the festival with enthusiasm.

No outside food or beverages are permitted. Delicious food will be available for purchase at the food stall.

Navratri Season Pass (5-12 yrs) £ 25.00
Under 5 years old gets free entry.
Day tickets will be availabale from 1st September 2024 on first come first serve basis.
Tickets are non-refundable.

E-Ticket Policy:
E-Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Violators will be denied entry with no refunds issued.
In case of event cancellation, a full refund of face value (excluding booking fees) will be provided.
Refunds will not be issued for denied entry due to behavioral issues or violation of event rules.
Event Conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who disrupt the safety and enjoyment of others, or violate security measures.
Illegal substances and disruptive items are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol-Free Zone:
This is an alcohol-free event. Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal or illegal highs will be refused entry. Tickets will not be refunded.

Filming & Photography:
All ticket holders consent to being filmed or recorded during the event.
